Subby for iPhone
Subby is a subscription tracker for iPhone. It reminds you before each charge and shows what the month costs, and it never sees your bank, because you add each subscription yourself.
Free · No account · No bank login

One list of what you pay for
Pick a service from more than 600 built in, or type your own, then set the price, the billing cycle and the next charge date. Weekly, monthly, yearly or a custom cycle up to every three years all work, in any of 46 currencies.
Home opens on this month's total, what that comes to a day, what is paid and what is still to come. Under it, the next payments sit in cards you can mark paid where they are. Tracking is free, with ads, and there is no cap on how many subscriptions you add.

A reminder before each charge
Choose how far ahead Subby warns you, from the same day to a week before or a custom lead time per subscription, and the hour the reminders arrive. Each one names the amount, the card and the cycle, and you can mark the payment paid from the notification itself. If you don't, Subby keeps reminding you for up to a week, so a forgotten trial doesn't turn into a yearly charge. How the reminders work.

Insights, free for everyone
Insights has four sections, and none of them needs PRO.
- Overview. What you are committed to each month and each year, what is left of your budget before payday, and the split by category or by payment method.
- Trends. Price creep against a year ago, a forecast for the next thirteen weeks, the next twelve months against the last twelve, and every renewal laid out day by day.
- Services. What each subscription has cost you so far, and Wins, what cancelling and pausing have saved.
- Signals. A price rise to review, missed months, a double charge and stale exchange rates.
Your payment history exports as a CSV file, for when you want the raw numbers in a spreadsheet. Insights, section by section.

Know when a free trial ends
Add a trial with the day it ends and the price it turns into. Subby leaves it out of your monthly total until it converts, and marks it TRIAL on Home and on the widget. A week before it ends, Home shows a card with what cancelling would save in a year and a Keep it button. The reminder comes before the first charge.
Budget by payday
Tell Subby the day you get paid and a monthly budget. Home then counts your pay period instead of the calendar month, and Insights shows what renews before the money lands and how much of the budget is left.
Liquid Glass on iOS 26 or Material
On iOS 26 or later, Subby's tab bar and top controls use Liquid Glass. If you prefer flat controls, Settings has an Interface style option that switches to Material, the style Subby uses on earlier iOS versions. The app screenshots on this page show Liquid Glass.
Both styles come with a light theme and a true black dark theme. Subby runs on iOS 18.6 or later.
A Home Screen widget for your next payments
The Subby widget comes in small, medium and large. Give each one its own theme, and choose whether it shows everything, the next five or one category. On the large size a tick marks a payment paid without opening the app, and a running trial shows TRIAL where the price would be. The widget is part of PRO. The iPhone widget, explained.

Backup to iCloud or your own Google Drive
With PRO, Subby backs up on its own to iCloud, to your Google Drive or to both, daily, weekly or monthly. Weekly is the default, Subby keeps the last three backups, and we never hold a copy.
Google Drive is the one that travels. A backup there restores on any iPhone or Android phone signed in to the same Drive account, which is how your list comes with you if you change platforms.

Both screens of iPhone Duo
Open iPhone Duo wide and Home splits across both panels, the total on one side and the next payments on the other, while Insights spreads its charts over the whole display. Close it and the outer panel shows a compact Home you can use with one hand. Subby on iPhone Duo.

A subscription manager with no bank login and no monthly fee
Subby never connects to your bank, so there is no account to create and no transaction feed to hand over. Manual entry means Subby only knows what you tell it.
The free app tracks everything, with ads, Insights included. PRO is a single purchase that does not renew. It removes the ads and adds the widget, automatic backup, screenshot import and icon requests. You buy PRO per store, so a Google Play purchase does not carry over to the App Store, and Restore Purchases brings it back on your other Apple devices.
